FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most often about design, installation and support.
How long does a typical solar installation take?
A residential rooftop system is usually installed in two to four days once permits and equipment are ready. Commercial plants take two to eight weeks depending on capacity and grid paperwork.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes. Workmanship is covered for five years, inverters typically for ten, and panels carry the manufacturer’s 25-year performance warranty.
Can smart home systems be added to an existing building?
Absolutely. We use wireless and retrofit-friendly modules that fit behind existing switches, so there is no need to open walls in most cases.
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The first site assessment and feasibility discussion carry no charge, and you receive a written summary of options and indicative costs.
Do you handle grid connection paperwork?
We manage the full net-metering process with the utility, from application through meter replacement and final commissioning.
What maintenance do these systems need?
Solar arrays need cleaning two to four times a year and an annual electrical inspection. Smart home and security systems mainly need firmware updates, which we can handle remotely.
